Alameda CTC seeks to engage a consultant to develop a Goods Movement Collaborative and a Goods Movement Plan.
Development of a Goods Movement Collaborative will set the stage for future collaboration, policy development and advocacy with partners to improve freight and goods movement in Northern California and to protect the environment and communities.
Development of a technical Goods Movement Plan is paramount for establishing a long range vision and articulating the benefits that goods movement brings for on-going competitiveness on a global, national, statewide and regional level and for promoting vital and vibrant communities.
Alameda CTC invites qualified firms to submit a proposal for development of a Goods Movement Collaborative and a Goods Movement Plan. The performance period is anticipated from October 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015.
Proposal due date: August 15, 2013 at 3 p.m.
