Alameda CTC’s offices are located at 1111 Broadway, Suite 800 in Oakland California. Normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Alameda CTC is open to the general public on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Staff works fully remote on Wednesdays.

Alameda CTC is accessible by multiple transportation modes. The office is conveniently located near the 12th Street/City Center BART station and many AC Transit bus lines. Bicycle parking is available on the street and in the BART station, as well as in electronic lockers at 14th Street and Broadway near Frank Ogawa Plaza (requires purchase of keycard from www.bikelink.org).

Electronic lockers are available at the corner of 14th and Broadway, just down Broadway from our building, and next to Frank Ogawa Plaza. Lockers are accessed using a BikeLink card. Go to www.bikelink.org to purchase one online and have a card mailed to you, or purchase one at the AC Transit offices at 1600 Franklin Street, Oakland, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
