On June 1, Alameda CTC began soliciting applications for projects and programs to include in the 2016 Countywide Transportation Plan Update. Applications are due July 31, 2015.

Alameda CTC has launched the 2016 Countywide Transportation Plan (CTP) Update and is soliciting applications for projects and programs to include in the CTP. En español. 中文

Alameda CTC hosted two application workshops (on June 4, 2015 and July 9, 2015) at Alameda CTC’s office in downtown Oakland at 1111 Broadway, Suite 800.

Public agencies or nonprofit organizations with the sponsorship from a public agency that has jurisdiction over the area in which the transportation project/program is located may submit applications. The application process will take place online.  Learn more here.

The CTP Update will develop a performance-based, long-range plan (through 2040) for Alameda County’s multimodal transportation network that will also inform the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s Regional Transportation Plan. The CTP will provide a basis for the programming and allocation of funds within the purview of Alameda CTC decision-making authority, including local, regional, state and federal funds. The CTP is scheduled for adoption by Alameda CTC in June 2016.
