The Outreach Toolkit was developed in response to Community Advisory Working Group (CAWG) concerns that the outreach process regarding the Countywide Transportation Plan (CWTP) plan should include more grassroots activities that will reach members of the public beyond those who usually attend an Alameda CTC public meeting.

The toolkit allows trained community members to collect feedback on behalf of the CWTP plan, and it helps the Alameda CTC reach a broad audience that is representative of the County.
